Plessy V. Ferguson

As a defendant of the Plessy laws I think I can speak for myself and my group when we say the case on Plessy V. Ferguson is a very simple matter. During the beginning of 1892, Mr. Ferguson, a mixed-racial man from New Orleans, knowingly and purposely violated Louisiana's Separate Car Act which permits any railroad accommodations of both whites and nonwhites. How dare he come forward today with the argument that these laws are “unconstitutional”, the same document America's very own founding fathers built this country from the ground up, ahreiring to the constitution. Not only is Mr. Ferguson disrespecting our country's founding fathers by questioning their documents, but most importantly he is questioning God, and His own beliefs and morals.
